Of course we also help manage with sourcing venues or spaces, promotional materials, budgets, staff, timescales and any brand guidelines we need adhere to. We understand the challanges involved in creating events. Whether you are planning a festival, ceremony, competition, celebration party, concert or just a special dinner for a few extra special guests we’re here to help.

Often the most daunting task is actually sitting down and getting your thoughts down on paper in a logical order. When we meet with clients we start by creating the project brief. The project brief maps out the structure of the event, the most important elements and how to achieve the end goal.

The Detail

It’s not just the A-Team who loves it when a plan comes together.

No matter what size your event is it requires detailed planning to ensure smooth running and a successful outcome.

Budgeting, establishing dates and alternate dates, selecting and reserving the event site, decor, equipment, guest lists, coordinating transportation and parking, developing a theme or motif for the event, arranging for speakers and alternate speakers, coordinating location support (such as electricity and other utilities), and arranging decor, event support and security, catering, emergency plans and last, but by no means least, cleanup.

Successful event management in essence is what your guests don’t see. This is event management.
